How the Hotline Works

When you call or text the hotline, you’ll be connected to a trained community member or volunteer responder. Depending on your situation, they may:

  • Help verify and document ICE activity

  • Refer you to trusted local resources

  • Connect you to emergency support

  • Stay on the line with you while you're in distress

  • Coordinate follow-up with your consent

All calls and messages are confidential. You do not need to give your name or immigration status.

Your Safety Comes First

We understand the risks and fears many in our communities face. Our team is trained to protect your information and respect your boundaries.

  • Your message will never be shared without your permission

  • You can remain anonymous if you prefer

  • We never collaborate with ICE or any immigration enforcement agency

  • Our hotline team reflects the diversity of our community
